Person oder sogar 2 Kinder schlafen. Die gesamte Loft wurde ausschliesslich mit hochwertigen Materialien wie naturgeöltem Lärchenparkett und Naturkalkputz aufgebaut, für ein angenehmes und gesundes Wohnklima. Sonnige und ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Balkon, 3 Schlafzimmer, 1500m ü.M. Das ganze Skigebiet Lenzerheide/Arosa in Fussdistanz erschlossen! Langlaufloipen 10km direkt beim Haus. Natureisfeld. Im Sommer das "Bikekingdom" Lenzerheide. Kühle Nächte (eine Klimaanlage brauchen wir nicht!) Auch um der Sommerhitze im Flachland zu entfliehen. Spielplatz in der Nähe und schöne Wanderwege direkt hinter dem Haus oder in Fussdistanz. Am Dorfrand, mit ÖV gut erschlossen. Zufahrt bis zum Haus.

The cozy and quiet 3.5 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house "Krone". The village center of Parpan 100m away has smaller farm and specialty shops. The location is ideal. Ski slopes, hiking trails, biking routes and cross-country skiing trails lead right past the house. Immediately next to the house is the post office stop Obertor. From there you can easily get to Chur, Valbella and Lenzerheide. Guests also have a ski/bike room available for guests.
