The apartment is located 1750 m above sea level Very easy to reach by train via Chur (1 hour) (5 minutes on foot from the train station). Approximately 3 minutes on foot to the Obersee and the Untersee (swimming lake with a beautiful wooden bathing area). Everything is electronic, including the toilet. Parking on the premises may be available on request. There is also a public car park and a multi-storey car park nearby.

The vacation home is located right in front of the gondola lift to the Arosa/Lenzerheide area and offers the perfect starting point for all winter and summer adventures. 🚠⛷️ Ideal for skiers/snowboarders: The gondola lift to the huge ski area is right outside the front door and the valley descent ends right in front of the chalet. 🚴🏽🌞 The extensive area offers hikers and bikers countless possibilities. Adventure seekers will get their money's worth on the longest toboggan run in Switzerland and the new zipline.

Maladers is the sunniest village in Grisons… Discover the Hochwang ski resort, which is 20 minutes away from the house, and enjoy the winter landscape there without stress. By the way, it is the perfect local mountain for ski tours for experienced as well as beginners. Hochwang is also a hotspot for snowkiting. In 30 minutes, you can be in the Arosa ski resort or in the Lenzerheide ski resort, which are connected with 225 km of slopes! Mountain summer: hiking and biking. The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Welcome to the Alpine Retreat on Chur's local mountain "Brambrüesch" your gateway to the majestic Swiss Alps, designed for up to 8 guests. Nestled in a region known for its hiking trails, skiing and mountain biking, this chalet offers the ideal base for adventure and relaxation. Inside you will find a cozy atmosphere with 5 comfortable beds, and two bathrooms, one of which includes a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a spacious terrace with a barbecue.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

At 1100 meters above sea level directly on the Arosa-Litzirüti hiking and sledding trail, in the middle of a forest clearing surrounded by pine forest, mountains and sky, is the apartment "in da Brünst." Formerly a rustic pub, today a vacation home in Chaletchic: inviting, cozy, warm. A place to stay and relax.
