Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Wunderschönes altes Bauernhaus mit liebevoller Innenausstattung in paradiesischer Umgebung. Besonders geeignet für Leute die der grossen, lauten Welt entfliehen wollen oder die gerne die Schweizer Bergwelt zu Fuss erkunden möchten. Wer mit dem OeV anreist, geht eine Stunde zu Fuss über einen sehr beliebten Wanderweg (Weesen - Quinten). Wer mit dem Auto ankommt, geht vom Parkplatz in Betlis, nur 15 Min auf diesem Wanderweg (Wanderschuhe mit gutem Profil sind empfehlenswert).

Gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung im charmanten Parpan, welche im Mai 2026 komplett renoviert wurde (neue Küche). Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht nur 2 Minuten vom Sessellift Heimberg entfernt, sondern auch nur in gleicher Distanz zum Kinderland. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit eigener Terrasse. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Haus und sind um das Wohl der Mieter besorgt. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar: Dorfladen, Langlaufzentrum, Kinderparadies.

Cozy apartment in a great location!

Relax with the whole family or your friends at this peaceful place to stay in Valbella (Lenzerheide). The stop for the sports bus can be reached within a minute. This takes you to the lake, to various ski areas on the Lenzerheide or to go sledding. The grocery store is very close by. The lake and a ski lift (Valbella village) can also be reached on foot, as they are so close. Also suitable for bikers as it is not far from the Rothornbahn.
