Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Parma

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

L'alloggio è in una comodissima via a pochi minuti dal centro di Parma, si presenta pulitissimo, curato ed accogliente. Samanta offre un ricco kit di benvenuto con tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno, tra cui cialde per il caffè, biscottini e cioccolatini. Il letto e il divano sono molto comodi. In casa è disponibile una cucina completa, una smart tv e lavatrice-asciugatrice. Check-in senza intoppi e comunicazione con l'host efficace, anche se non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla durante il soggiorno, ci siamo sentiti per check-in e check-out. Per completezza di recensione, seppur non abbia influito più di tanto sulla gradevolezza del soggiorno e l'host non possa fare un granché a riguardo, i vicini di sopra sono abbastanza rumorosi. La zona è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e a pochi passi dall'appartamento sono ubicati ottimi locali dove bere qualcosa e trattorie dove mangiare tipico, soprattutto la sera nel weekend, il quartiere diventa molto vivace.

Il sig Dante si è dimostrato da subito cordiale e disponibile offrendoci un check in anticipato. L'appartamento si trova al 2 P con ascensore in un bel condominio in zona residenziale. Dispone di garage che non abbiamo utilizzato essendovi anche un comodo posto macchina. All'orario concordato abbiamo trovato il padrone di casa ad attenderci che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni inerenti l'utilizzo dell'appartamento ma anche utili consigli per visitare la zona. Abbiamo trovato nel frigorifero acqua fresca e birra e un cestino di benvenuto con noccioline e patatine qualche dolcetto e tutto il necessario per la colazione compreso un latte zymil (non poca cosa per me intollerante al lattosio. ) Vi è anche un balconcino attrezzato su cui ci siamo gustati un'ottima pizza comprata 200 metri più avanti. A circa 500 metri si trova un iper Conad. Il letto è comodo (particolare non irrilevante) e dotato di due cuscini a testa . Volendo è disponibile una lavatrice/asciugatrice. Consigliatissimo!

La casa è splendida ed in centro in modo da potersi spostare solo a piedi. L'host è estremamente chiaro nelle indicazioni di check in e molto gentile e disponibile per tutto il resto. Soggiorno ottimo!

Molto bello, per due persone è perfetto. Molto ben fornito e trovandosi in centro è perfetto per gli spostamenti. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo.

Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft! Es war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu viert für eine Übernachtung am Wochenende in der Wohnung von Elena. Diese ist gerade für mehrere Personen ideal, verfügt sie doch über drei Schlaf- und zwei getrennte Badezimmer. Uns allen hat sie sehr gut gefallen, sie ist groß, hell, freundlich, schön eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und hat einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und die Landschaft. Auch im herrlichen großen Garten, inmitten schöner Natur, findet sich ein Bereich wo man gemütlich sitzen und zum Beispiel den Tag fein ausklingen lassen kann. Elena und Michael waren ganz tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einer Fragestellung haben sie uns hilfreich unterstützt. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente la signora Ivana ma è stata sempre pronta a rispondere e a venire incontro ai nostri bisogni. L’appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort, la cucina è completa, il bagno è piccolo ma ben organizzato. Silenzioso e luminoso.

Meilleur Airbnb de notre expérience d'airbnb, le logement était d'une propreté incroyable, les équipements proposés sont de très grande qualité, très bien décoré, tous les petits détails sont pensés pour s'y sentir bien. La literie est exceptionnelle et la localisation extrêmement pratique pour découvrir Modène facilement tout en étant au calme. On reviendra !

We had a great stay at this excellent appartment. It is extremely convenient for visiting the key locations of Parma, and it is a straight forward walk to the train station. The only slightly disappointing feature, was the lack of natural light, caused by the position of the windows. However, this did not affect our enjoyment of the holiday.

Stefano and Lauro were some of the best hosts we have ever had staying at an AirBnB! Their communication, friendliness, and assistance in booking activities and transportation was above and beyond standard. Stefano offered daily suggestions for dining and activities and everything he recommended we loved. He even assisted in reservations and booking. We were able to meet both Lauro and Stefano in person and they were both so kind, caring and welcoming. I hope to stay here again in the future.
