Everything was perfect during our stay. The host was very friendly on our arrival and in the previous days as well. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, with everything you need and even more. The building and neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting after days of walking. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The palace is of fine finish, practical for parking and to reach the historic center. Highly recommended for any type of stay in beautiful Parma. Giulia is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The apartment has its own charm with antiques and a lovely patio off the main living area. Sit back and relax, while enjoying the birds chirping and the lovely green space. A great place to relax after a big day of touring. The bed is quite large and very comfortable. The apartment is a lot larger than the pictures show and perfect for a couple or even a family. It has everything you need for your stay. Giulia no longer offers any breakfast items or cooking supplies, but the espresso is welcomed in the morning. Our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to to stay in a quiet home-away-from home while travelling.

We enjoyed our stay very much, everything worked out well. The apartment was inviting and clean, the communication with Martina very nice. Parma is a great city!In fact, the street in front of the apartment can be heard very clearly inside, but that did not bother us. The private parking behind the house is great.

The accommodation is very special and ideal for those who want some peace and quiet The house is really something very special, not only because of the detailed furnishings and the magnificent view, but because of the great garden around it. I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

Giovanni's apartment was ideal for our short stay in Parma. I particularly liked the two independent bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning. We really liked the apartment.

Very cozy and original accommodation! We felt comfortable and welcome from the beginning, especially through the friendly encounter with Dominique. Surroundings is perfect for nature lovers. You can take beautiful e-bike tours and stock up on groceries in the nearby village or visit the restaurants and bars.

Federico's house really impressed us: welcoming, with attention to detail, extremely comfortable and very clean. Nothing was missing: every comfort was present and well thought out. A place where you immediately feel at home. From the moment we arrived, everything was simple and pleasant, thanks also to the availability and kindness of the host. Emanuele's apartment was just what my family and I needed. Central, walkable to all Modena restaurants, and comfortable. Easy location. Emanuele was extremely helpful and responsive (especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out). Great place to stay!

Great experience, although it was initially difficult to check in, an alternative was immediately found. Spacious and clean, if we go back to Modena we will definitely book here again.

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but we felt right at home! The apartment was complete with every comfort and furnished with care, perfect for me and my boyfriend who wanted to do a day of smart working in a quiet setting and in the middle of nature.
