A magnificent stay to say the least! Perfect for those who need to get away from the routine, they love nature and walks! Absolutely recommended.

Words cannot explain how beautiful this home is! From the warm fireplace to the beautiful furnishings and feel of the home, we loved EVERYTHING about it. Tiziano was so helpful with recommendations and we can’t wait to come visit again and share a bottle of wine with him next time. 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a small town home with plenty of small local places to eat/drink.

Wonderful place, clean pool and hot tub ready for use, wood, fire starter everything was, there is a washer, dryer and all the necessary things to feel at home. Highly recommend

A great place to stay , with extremely welcoming and helpful staff. A perfect stop over for our family of four.

Hosts who are helpful and kind, very welcoming and, despite living next door, never intrusive. The house is beautiful, the outside even more. Very nice pool. Large barbecue that allowed us to grill many things together. Very large interior spaces, kitchen equipped with everything, the bathrooms reserved for almost every room are a detail. The only downside is the difficulties of connecting with the Wi-Fi network, but you can also do without in a place like this.

It's such a beautiful location and view. We went swimming in the river just a 10 minute walk up the road. The house is very well equipped, and had everything we needed.

Alessandra is the perfect hoste and makes you feel at home immediately. The place is absolutely stunning with a beautiful pool. Rooms are big and comfortable and decorated with clocks, audio speakers etc from earlier times which gave the space something special. And not to forget the homemade pasta or beer that they serve! Certainly a place to visit when you are in the neighboorhood!

The apartment is just a few minutes from the station, really very comfortable! It is a very spacious and also very nice place, we felt at home! Luca is super helpful and kind, thank you :))

Simonetta's place is really beautiful, a little favor in the heart of Parma. Everything is perfect to enjoy a relaxing stay, fully enjoying the beauty of this beautiful city. The historic center with its beautiful monuments is a short walk from the house and everything can be reached quickly. Simonetta was extremely kind and helpful and gave us a lot of useful information to make our stay even more special. Highly recommended!!!

I spent a couple of days in a medieval tower that looks like an ancient dream, or maybe another life. No electricity, no heating: only stone, wood, silence, and the weather that slows down. It is an experience that asks to strip off the superfluous, to return to feel your breath, the wind between the cracks, the voice of fire. Every corner of this tower talks about past stories, but it's not a museum: it's alive, welcomes you with its rough authenticity, and forces you to look inside. No distractions, just the essentials. It's a perfect place for those who really need to disconnect and find deep contact with themselves. If you hear the callback, you already know that you need to go there.

A dive into the past in Marco's home, a delightful home well furnished with retro taste, large garden and super location! Marco is very helpful and always attentive to respect requests! I recommend it

Matteo’s bed and breakfast is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and the views are incredible. Get outside the city and enjoy some peace and quiet! We enjoyed nearly trails and the local food and wine were a treat. The on-site restaurant is fabulous, so make sure you go during your stay! Matteo was such a gracious host who made sure we always had everything we needed and was very responsive whenever we had questions. My mom is already talking about wanting to go back! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven!

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Great location and fun balcony overlooking the street, which currently has a much-photographed umbrella installation! Also, the robes and wash clothes provided were a welcome treat.

We had a great time. Tim's house is very well placed to discover this area. The house is spacious, very nice with its large very clear stay and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful , well maintained and has a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are discreet. We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

We had a super nice time at Casa Teresa! Silvia was a great host, always friendly and easily accessible. The food in the restaurant (Casa Turchetti) was really very tasty and value for money. The pool with the view is fantastically beautiful. The apartment was as described; the private terrace and garden invite you to enjoy long summer evenings. If you are looking for a holiday in a quiet atmosphere, this is the place to be!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s blue house. Beautiful garden, clean house and Giulia was sweet and helpful.

Maria’s B&B is a wonderful quiet and peaceful place. Maria was very welcoming and friendly and she went out of her way to organise a tour for us. Our stay was short but would highly recommend.

We had a great few days at Elena's place. It is a superb house, beautiful and that transmits you a lot of quiet.lity. The whole exterior is very manicured and with amazing mountain views. The house is spacious, rustic and cozy. We love Tuscany and we love Elena's house! Thanks for everything!
