Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Parma

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera estar en un lugar auténtico,en contacto directo con la naturaleza y con la mejor anfitriona posible.Volveremos,sin duda.Un gran abrazo a Caterina

המארחים היו אדיבים וחביבים מאוד ועזרו במה שבקשנו, הדירה סופר נוחה , גדולה ועם כל מה שצריך לשהות . סופרים במרחק של מס' דקות נסיעה, הנוף מהדירה הראה את כל מה שיפה באיזור הכפרי. שקט מאוד. המיקום היה מאוד נוח לטיול כוכב באיזור של אמיליה רומניה.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und Romina hat das möglich gemacht! Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles wirklich gut erklärt, sogar eine Flasche Wein stand für uns kalt. Sie ist sehr freundlich und die Tipps von ihr waren großartig! Den Imbisswagen hätten wir nie ausprobiert und es war soooo lecker! Sie war immer erreichbar und hat von sich aus nachgefragt wie es uns geht. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll ausgesucht, alles passt zusammen. Von den Gläsern bis zum großen Wandbild im Schlafzimmer ist alles sehr harmonisch Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Romina buchen.

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

Crisitina et André sont d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avions demandé des références pour suivre un cours de cuisine, visiter une cave de fabrication de vinaigre balsamiques et à notre arrivée, tout était déjà organisé. C’était plus qu’est-ce qu’espérer. Pour les hôtes, c’est un 12/10. Vous ne pouvez pas être déçu avec eux! En arrivant, le paysage est à couper le souffle. Pour la maison, c’est un bijoux! Ça sent bon, c’est propre et nous avons manqué de rien. Les accessoires dans la cuisine sont de qualité, les chambres sont grandes et confortable, les salles de bain sont belles et propre. Nous avions à notre disposition du bois pour un feu de foyer dans la salle à manger. C’était super! Nous étions 6 personnes et jamais nous nous sommes sentis à l’étroit. Oui, oui, je recommande ces hôtes et leur superbe maison!

Ho soggiornato con un gruppo di amiche e ci siamo trovate davvero benissimo. La casa era accogliente, pulita e ben attrezzata, ci siamo sentite subito a nostro agio. È immersa nel verde, con un giardino curato e rilassante dove abbiamo passato momenti molto piacevoli. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è stato l’orto: raccogliere insalata fresca e lamponi direttamente da lì è stata un’esperienza semplice ma bellissima! Alberto è stato un host eccezionale: sempre gentile, presente e disponibile, ci ha aiutate con un sorriso e tanta pazienza. Un soggiorno che porteremo nel cuore. Grazie di tutto!

We stayed for 2 days at Silvias lovely house and wish we could have stayed for longer. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need for a special stay. Everything was SUPER clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in (and is huge!). Silvia and her husband are really thoughtful, friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for the area. Good walks and cycle routes from the door. There is a small pottery nearby where the ceramicist will provide private lessons, and of course there are lots of opportunities to buy prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano! This was a wonderful, relaxing stay and we highly, highly recommend Silvias house. thank you Silvia and Joris xx

L'alloggio è molto bello con ampie camere luminose e molto pulite; l'arredamento è nuovo per alcune parti affiancate da mobili d'epoca molto ben tenuti e belli. La dotazione è ottima per preparare i pasti, caffè, thè; letto e divano letto comodi per un soddisfacente riposo. La casa d'epoca è situata in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa, e vicina al suggestivo centro storico di stampo medioevale ricco di localini e negozi e visitabile con una piacevole passeggiata. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile nel check-in, nel fornire istruzioni ed informazioni e nel farci trovare il tavolo imbandito con una ricca colazione, tra cui una deliziosa torta fatta in casa. Giudizio quindi molto positivo e, se capita, da ritornarci.

La tenuta è semplicemente incantevole, ristrutturata finemente e con gusto. Gli spazi sono ambi, il mobilio ricercato, i bagni fantastici e i servizi accessori consentono di godersi pienamente l'esperienza. Una particolare nota di merito a Anna e Barbara, che ci hanno accolti e fatti sentire come a casa, prodigandosi (sempre con il sorriso) per soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Particolare nota di merito per la colazione, davvero super.

Haluamme antaa täydet pisteet niin itse majoituspaikasta kuin myös isäntäperheestä. Todella kaunis, perinteikäs tila jolla pitkä historia. Remontoitu ja sisustettu aikaa kunnioittaen tyylikkäästi. Perhe oli todella sydämellinen ja avulias, itse laakso kaunein paikka missä olemme koskaan olleet! Toivottavasti pääsemme vielä palaamaan joku päivä.

Casa su due piani appena ristrutturata, tutto nuovissimo, pulitissimo ed in ordine. In una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Posto auto all’interno del cortile utilissimo. Denis host simpatico, disposable e attento all’ospite. Consiglierei vivamente il soggiorno in questa casa.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und man findet dort alles was man braucht. Marcello war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir waren absolut zufrieden hier. Gerne wieder. TOP Unterkunft, 100% Zufriedenheit.

The host helped us checkin even though it was 11 pm at night. She was extremely proactive and kind . The place was super clean with great comfy beds and temperature regulated. The entire house was spotless and we loved it. The host was kind enough to even keep some yummy cookies and chocolates!!! We loved our stay!

Casa molto pulita e posizione ottimale per raggiungere sia il centro di Reggio Emilia sia Campovolo (durante il periodo dei concerti). Alberto è stato molto disponibile, gentile e flessibile per quanto riguarda il check-in e check-out. Torneremo volentieri se ricapiterà l'occasione!

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage. Sehr gut geeignet, um im Sommer der Hitze zu entfliehen bzw. die Berge zu erkunden. Das Appartment hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Riccardo war ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der stets gut und schnell erreichbar war.

Alberto and Margherita always provide a warm and welcoming stay. It is great for business travel in the region.

La casa di Federico ci ha davvero colpiti: accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli, estremamente confortevole e pulitissima. Non mancava nulla: ogni comfort era presente e ben pensato. Un luogo dove ci si sente subito a casa. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, tutto è stato semplice e piacevole, grazie anche alla disponibilità e alla gentilezza dell’host. Questa casa resterà sicuramente un punto di riferimento. Un grazie di cuore da parte mia e della mia famiglia.

Giulia is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The apartment has its own charm with antiques and a lovely patio off the main living area. Sit back and relax, while enjoying the birds chirping and the lovely green space. A great place to relax after a big day of touring. The bed is quite large and very comfortable. The apartment is a lot larger than the pictures show and perfect for a couple or even a family. It has everything you need for your stay. Giulia no longer offers any breakfast items or cooking supplies, but the espresso is welcomed in the morning. Our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to to stay in a quiet home-away-from home while travelling.

Unsere Zeit in Jacopos Unterkunft war so schön! Die Unterkunft ist sehr besonders und ideal dafür, wenn man etwas Ruhe im Grünen genießen möchte. Das Haus ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes, nicht nur wegen der detailverliebten Einrichtung und dem grandiosen Ausblick, sondern sich wegen dem tollen Garten drum herum. Wir haben es geliebt, mit dem tollen Ausblick zu kochen und draußen auf der Terrasse zu essen. Vielen Dank Jacopo für alles, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt!

Bell'appartamento, che fa della terrazza il suo punto di forza, è piacevole cenare circondati da piante belle ed alberi rigogliosi. La signora Giusy è molto gentile. Abbiamo apprezzato le bottiglie d'acqua in frigo e il caffè offerto con generosità. Grazie

L'alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione ed è idoneo anche per lunghi soggiorni in quanto è dotato di ogni comfort. L'elemento "inatteso" è stato proprio Emanuela, sempre cortese e disponibile, una miniera di notizie anche di tipo storico sulla realtà locale, con garbo e senza mai essere invadente ci ha permesso di apprezzare in pieno la cultura locale e le caratteristiche del territorio.
