Refurbished, fully equipped. This home consists on the ground floor of a living room with open kitchen and toilet, and two large glass windows overlooking the garden. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and plenty of storage.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms with 140 bed, new and quality bedding. The second bedroom has a 140 bed and a 90 bed with balcony. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to Lake Parentis and close to shops (200 m from a supermarket). Located on the Velodyssée bike path. It is a 30 square meter accommodation, composed of a large cozy room with a 160 bed, a dining area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. You benefit from a sheltered space to attach your bikes, a parking space for cars.
