Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Very nice 120 m2 apartment with panoramic views, parking, refurbished in August 2018, located on the seafront with terrace, on the 4th floor of a luxury residence. Ideally located, 10 minutes walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.

Close to all amenities, downtown, market and arenas on foot. The lake is 5 minutes away, beach and port. Accommodation with a 100 m2 enclosed courtyard with outdoor table, deckchairs in the shade of a mulberry tree and equipped with a barbecue. Equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms with 140 bed, new and quality bedding. The second bedroom has a 140 bed and a 90 bed with balcony. (sheets and bath towels not provided)

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
