Rated two stars by Gîtes de France, the 35 m2 1-bedroom apartment consists of a small bedroom with a 160 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, equipped kitchenette, two-seater sofa, TV, air conditioning, dressing room, 10 m2 covered terrace, 8 m2 bike storage, washing machine, BBQ. This contemporary interior building is less than 10 minutes from the large lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

La Bulle des Pins (with SPA option)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with private entrance without neighbors and outdoor parking space. You will have the choice to have an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available at an extra cost (50 euro unlimited per night of booking, from your arrival until your departure the next day. You will have two bathrobes at your disposal.) For your comfort, sheets, towels and a dish towel are provided. 2 welcome Tassimo coffee pods and tea are provided.

Close to all amenities, downtown, market and arenas on foot. The lake is 5 minutes away, beach and port. Accommodation with a 100 m2 enclosed courtyard with outdoor table, deckchairs in the shade of a mulberry tree and equipped with a barbecue. Equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms with 140 bed, new and quality bedding. The second bedroom has a 140 bed and a 90 bed with balcony.
