Fantastic place. A nice spacious apartment and a spacious terrace with beautiful views. lots of hiking and biking possibilities. Konstantinos was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. we got delicious cherries from his garden!

Excellent host, polite, friendly and willing to answer anything we asked him (although he had already sent all the instructions in detail). Since we arrived early, he took care of us and handed us the room early. Very pleased with the whole stay!

The apartment is spacious, with a separate bedroom with a good bed. a nice kitchen where everything you need is present. A spacious terrace with a great sea view. The beach is 1 km from the house and by car you can drive to good restaurants within 10 minutes and via a beautiful route in half an hour to Kardamily. Hospitable and friendly host, nice communication. In short, everything is good!!

One of the best places I have lived in is Vicky’s apartment. Her wonderful reception of us since we arrived. She welcomed us and the apartment did not lack anything. The house is tidy and clean. Eleni‘s place was absolutely beautiful, close to all the amenities, beaches and restaurants. Perfect location. We stayed there last year and returned again. Would highly recommend this apartment as it is in a great location, clean, and very spacious. The surrounding area is to die for, with the drives to some of the local villages beyond belief. We can’t wait to visit Kalamata again and would definitely stay at this beautiful apartment again.

This is the place you will feel comfortable and will be able to relax from noise. There are 2 work places (separate rooms , tables and chairs) perfect for someone who works remotely. Super clean ! Top comfy and large bed! Place is spotless! There is everything you need in the kitchen (olive oil , salt/pepper , coffee , cookies:) ) Totally recommend!

The accommodation was very clean, fully equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. We were offered a cot for our baby and the arrival and departure process was very helpful. We would choose it again for our stay.

Great choice for someone who wants to move to the city center!!! Parking is a little problematic!

Amazingly well positioned, private and super clean apartment. The bed was really comfortable and two pillows per person were provided. We loved eating our breakfast and some dinners on the private balcony overlooking the sea. Because the apartment was one big block back from the beach there was very little road noise and we were also able to park just outside. We would stay there again in a heartbeat 😍

Stavroula was a great host. We kept in touch for the check in time and was pretty flexible. The place was great and not even 10 minutes walk to the centre of Kalamata. The flat was clean, comfortable and convenient. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Kalamata.

Our stay at Sarandos' house was really great! From the beginning of our communication we understood that we are dealing with a professional who respects his property and his clients. Our arrival was easy and gave us a very pleasant surprise as the house was in a very beautiful and quiet part of the city that was close to many activities. In person it's even nicer and cared for in every detail. Spotless, cool, and with privacy. The garden creates a great atmosphere and can be used throughout the day. Sarantos, willing to help us and immediately supplies everything we needed. His kindness and friendliness made us feel very comfortable. We thank him very much and hope to be back soon! Despite being on a high traffic main street, it isn't noisy inside apartment. Terrace is very comfortable. Noise is distraction for quiet reading, but not conversation. very spacious and comfortable space. beds were great, nice ambient lighting. washing machine worked great and appreciate being given 3 pods for our 5 night stay and drying rack came with clothes pins which was nice for drying outside. shared reserved parking spot accessible behind building. Would stay here again.
