It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. My place is comfortable, close to public transport, downtown, airport, parks, and art and culture. Reasons you'll love my place: the location, it's right in the center, and when you leave the apartment you'll immediately find yourself in the most central part of the city where you can do your shopping on foot, or have your coffee in the most beautiful and well-known hangouts of the city. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment building, I'm very sorry ☹️
