Beautiful place, close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, and shopping. The apartment had everything you need, even backgammon and playing cards. Well worth it.

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

What can I say about Kelly! An amazing person in a beautiful space! Kelly, at our request, was kind enough to allow us to do a small gathering at her place with catering. It was dreamy, a moment for us very important that we will remember forever! Kind, sweet, welcoming! Always willing to help with anything! We booked the whole house, a very large space ready to host several people and very beautiful! A lovely garden, super well-maintained! We are very happy to have chosen this place and wish our way to bring us back there soon! The space is also suitable for people who want quiet and seclusion. It's among olive fields and endless greenery! Just 15 minutes from the center of Kalamata and 4 minutes from Messina! Nothing was difficult for us! Thank you very much ❤️🌸

We spent two absolutely wonderful weeks at this dream location in the Peloponnese, nestled in a beautiful olive grove. The atmosphere is truly magical, with spectacular scenery surrounding the property—from green hills to the blue sea visible in the distance. It is the perfect place to disconnect from the daily hustle and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Our hosts, Nasia and Tasos, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us with generosity and took care of every detail, making our stay extremely comfortable. They were always available to offer recommendations on places to visit or activities to do in the area, which made our vacation even more special. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic spot surrounded by the beauty of Greek nature. Without a doubt, it's a place we would return to with great pleasure! A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

The property is in a quiet environment the bedrooms are very comfortable, a prominent advantage that the pool is built inside the house and can be used in any weather and prevents the entry of insects. The space is not large but gives value and pampering.

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

Exactly as he describes it The house was very comfortable, it had everything you could need for needs inside the house. It's in an accessible spot for a supermarket and anything else you want You could park comfortably around the alleyways Even if there was traffic from cars, it was a quiet area.

Eleni and her son Nikos were great hosts. Very kind and helpful. The accommodation is very pretty and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay a lot and had a peaceful and lovely holiday. Nearby are some very good restaurants and beautiful beaches. Couldn’t be better.

Very nice place to stay, right in the middle of Agios Nicolaos. 100 meters to Knospi Beach, or to the harbor. On the first floor there is a terrace overlooking the olive grove, on the second floor there is a balcony with sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. The amenities are very cozy and spotless. Stavroula is super friendly and always available. We loved it there and will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, the apartment very nice and clean, we had water, snacks, bubble baths, a lot of electrical appliances, even had an umbrella that we forgot to take.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. Perfect accommodation! Large spacious bathroom, two independent bedrooms, sitting room with kitchen with extra sofa bed. The kitchen had everything except coffee maker (which we personally used a lot). Cleanliness! Mrs. Evangelia is just wonderful! Always with a smile to ask if we are missing anything! The beach below the house is accessible on foot in 2 minutes, with thin gravel, which in the afternoon was like private (we were almost on our own). The best vacation we've had! Thank you so much!

The apartment was great!!! We were very happy and satisfied. Our kids enjoyed it so much, we felt right at home. It is noteworthy that the apartment was fully renovated, spotlessly clean and fragrant. It also had all the facilities clean linens, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The neighborhood was very quite and there was parking. There was also a supermarket nearby. Also very close to the port within 10 minutes on foot. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful, and kind. It was worth the price we paid. I'm sure we'll go for it again.

Maria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful, she gave lots of local tips for beaches and restaurants. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the marina, beaches and old town. Totally worth a visit, highly recommended.
