Gustavo was a great host and for anybody looking for a nice place that feels like home but also feels like a vacation, this is the place to go. The grill is a bonus!!! Made the second night a breeze.

We had a terrific stay! We had a little glitch with the AC...the batteries in the thermostat needed to be changed. Kathy and Jamie were quick to solve the problem and even sent a professional to double check the unit to make sure it worked after replacing the batteries. Very comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked.

Lovely home that felt and looked very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. Stephanie was very responsive and very courteous. We had several last minute requests and she was not only accommodating but very kind and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

As a Caterer and Event Planner that resides in the area I am always looking for a home to accommodate family and close friends for a there event, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. From the moment we walked in, the home was exceptionally clean and had a fresh, welcoming scent that instantly made everyone feel comfortable. The location was ideal—easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient for all of our guests. Everyone who stayed at the property had nothing but great things to say. They were not only impressed by the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere but also expressed how much they enjoyed their stay and are already looking forward to booking again in the future. This home truly exceeded our expectations and made a difficult time a little easier by providing a peaceful and beautiful space for our loved ones to gather. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent place to stay when visiting the space coast or even central Florida. Perfectly located between two exits off I-95 in a quiet neighborhood you have plenty nearby with a quiet, well equipped and comfortable oasis to call home. Beds were top notch! The pool and patio were awesome. Overall great place to stay!

This was the perfect spot for what we needed! Heading to south Florida and needed a place to sleep and take a break from driving. Carly was so responsive and friendly, it was honestly a breath of fresh air to communicate with her.

This was a great experience all around. The place was quiet and CLEAN!!! Pool was gorgeous and there are so many restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic experience and definitely plan on returning to this AirB&B. Highly recommend! The host was very outgoing and very polite. Can’t wait until next time!!

Unparalleled location!

Absolutely outstanding hosts—friendly and so very kind & generous, offering help with absolutely anything we needed! It was a pleasure to stay at their place. They made us feel right at home. A very short drive or 10 minute walk to the beach, and they even lent us their chairs & umbrella. We had some beautiful sunset & sunrise walks on the beach. The small studio apartment is very cozy, but has everything you need, and is sparkling clean & beautifully decorated. The backyard is like a mini oasis—so full of beautiful plants. Very quiet & private. It was a delight to stay at their place! And their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

Beautiful and unique space close to everything. Loved being able to ride my bike everywhere. Had everything I needed in the kitchen. Screened porch was amazing for taking in afternoon thunderstorms.

We had a great time at this air BNB. Super friendly hosts with amazing communication. Immediately after arriving at the place we felt right at home. Has everything that you could possibly want. Close to everything in Melbourne. Beach is literally a ten second walk. Clean place, Bikes, cute dogs, pool, and great hosts that make you feel right at home.. What more can you ask for? This was by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Everything was perfect the location, neighborhood was quiet I felt very safe, neighbors were friendly, place was very clean. This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

Jack was an excellent host.He left clear directions and answered back in a timely manner. He left several cold bottles of water which we used for coffee. The beds were comfortable. We would be happy to return.

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

julian’s listing was very amazing and comfortable! i went with my friend for 5 days and it was beautiful and we did not want to leave! we will be returning.

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Went here for a work trip/ family trip. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The views were great, loved how it felt so private with the pool and beach.
