Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Palm Bay

This rental was exactly what we needed for the weekend! It was impeccably clean, well stocked and literally within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and communication was on point. We can’t wait to return for a more extended visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a great experience all around. The place was quiet and CLEAN!!! Pool was gorgeous and there are so many restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic experience and definitely plan on returning to this AirB&B. Highly recommend! The host was very outgoing and very polite. Can’t wait until next time!!

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

Unparalleled location!

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

I couldn't ask for me from my stay - the accommodations included everything they described and more. They thought of everything! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Perfect experience. Best stay. Will go back!

Where do I begin! Adriana really made this trip for us. She was very quick to respond and never gave me bad news. She made my guest and I feel better comfortable and we honestly believe the stay wouldn’t have been the same if it was with a different HOST! She was fantastic! Don’t get me started on the lovely property. I am currently writing this at work where I she’s spent most of my time reminiscing our stay. From happy atmosphere to relaxing pool side and admiring the beauty within the yard. Not only that but the property was close to everything while also being secluded and in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which is very hard to come by. I wish I can go back and I’ll be sure to make the wish come true. My guest and myself, 100% plan on coming back…it’s all just a matter of when. This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed! It was a tremendous value and very very nice! 10/10 recommendation to anyone!

This house was an absolute joy to stay in. We disnt need to leave the property to be entertained, it had what we wanted all on site. The fishing, paddle boat, canoe, were all very enjoyable. Sitting on the deck at sunset and sunrise right on the water was amazing.

Oakar's place is great, good location, clean, and easy to get in and out of. Will stay again!

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

The house is a great option for a big group with kids. The place was really peaceful and clean. The host was really communicative and gave us clear instructions for everything. Hopefully coming back!

Stephanie’s house was a great find, especially since the friends we were visiting lived in the next neighborhood over. We had 4 adults +5 kids on our trip and it never felt crowded. The pool (and the covered patio) was awesome!! The kids loved it (as well as the Nintendo switch!). The dining room connected to the living room, which gave us enough space to socialize when our friends stopped by. The beds, bedding and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked! Would definitely stay here again when we come back with the whole family!

This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

This was by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Everything was perfect the location, neighborhood was quiet I felt very safe, neighbors were friendly, place was very clean. This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for beautiful views and relaxation. Walkable distance to great food and short walk to peaceful beach!! Loved our stay and this place had all that you need! Really clean and well kept!

Jack was an excellent host.He left clear directions and answered back in a timely manner. He left several cold bottles of water which we used for coffee. The beds were comfortable. We would be happy to return.

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!
