Family-friendly holiday rentals in Palm Bay

A beautiful space with stunning views of the ocean! The building itself is understated, but the condo is great! Beautiful open floor plan with ocean views. While it’s not a penthouse as described, it has many amenities that make it unique and enjoyable such as the hot tub and double balconies. It is clean and quiet. Everything is updated. I think the description is an over-sell, but still a great place and we really enjoyed our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The amenities were top-notch, with the pool being a perfect spot for daily exercise. I also made full use of the steam room, sauna, and outdoor shower, which added a spa-like experience to my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to grocery stores, hair salons, and a wide variety of food options. Plus, it's just a short drive from the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay. I would say the walk to the beach is a little longer than 10 mins. But apart from that there were many dining options in walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. I was very happy with the cleanliness, a few decorations would make the place a little more cozy, though. All in all I could recommend this place, it's basic, but price and location and cleanliness were great.

We absolutely loved Terry's place! It was beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed to just walk in and relax! The resort has so many things to do from movies to bingo to just relaxing at the pool. We really enjoyed the spacious balcony in the evenings. The check in was super fast and easy making this a clear choice to return to. We will definitely be back for spring break in the future!

Being from the area. We just wanted to get away from the inland side and stay on the beach! This is a perfect location for family gatherings, the beach was perfect quiet with not too many people. The fenced in yard gave me peace of mind for the dog although he is aging lazy low key, rabbits do happen and I didn’t have to worry. There were hours we didn’t see anyone on the beach. And the sunrises were relaxing. Short walk or drive to food and entertainment. The guest house was perfect for my father who is aging and needs some down time. All in all I will be going back with family. We had such a great relaxed staycation. I can not race enough about the owner who was helpful for every detail. This is one of the most comfortable units in Airbnb I've stayed so far. It is very clean, quiet n Joe answers to all our questions in less than 15mins usually. Internet is fast and it has everything u need in a home. It is exactly how the pictures shown. It is also located around 5-10mins drive to the town but Publix is just 3mins drive fm home. Security is very strict so you can be rest assured that you are in a safe environment. A place you should seriously consider if you are are ever in Vero Beach.

With a son living in Orlando, half of our family met him and his family in Cocoa Beach. The rental unit was perfect for sleeping 6 adults plus a grandchild. Everything in the condo was as described and in working order. The balcony had a great view looking over the beach and ocean. Access to the beach and swimming pool required a gate key which allowed for a more private experience at both. Angie was always responsive to questions and helpful with suggested activities. We hope to be back again. Thanks!

All I can say is WOW. What a beautiful piece of paradise. This adorable little beach house is so close to the beach and a very easy walk with crosswalks for your safety. The house is decorated perfectly and is free of clutter. The bedrooms are a great size one has a TV which is nice if you’re a night owl or early riser and don’t want to wake others. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was great for a soak after a long day at the beach. And my absolutely favorite thing - the hot water out door shower. It was perfect for washing the sand and salt water off before going inside, it came equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are plenty of hooks to hang your suits towels etc and a bench seat. This amenity will be a must for every beach vacation I take from now on. Inside the A/C works perfectly and there are ceiling fans to circulate the cool air. There are lots of fun things to do and some great restaurants. Adam was always quick to respond.

Clean, quiet and well-stocked condo. The bathrooms and kitchen are dated, but everything works, and we were able to cook several meals there. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony.

Ginny has been very responsive at every turn in this process of renting and staying at their vacation rental. My husband and I spent a month at the home. Let me start by saying that I am pretty persnickety and found this home easy to settle into. The house really is as described. The rooms are nice size with no unnecessary clutter. Each bedroom has large closets, full tile floors so no dirty carpet to worry about. Everything was in working order and we wanted for nothing. Gas grill in which we never ran out of gas. All cleaning supplies, towels, and bedding were provided. There was a shop vac in the garage that we used to keep the sand out of the car. Chairs for the beach and beach toys. The house is 20-30 minutes to the beach but we never really found this too much of a problem. We felt completely safe in the neighborhood. A neighborhood with only single family dwellings. All the neighborhoods in and around the house are VERY quiet.

The condo was perfect for my fiancé and myself. Just steps from the beach and easy access to other areas. The beach was peaceful with not a lot of people. Kelly was the perfect host. She had good ideas in her guest book that was in the condo. Checking in and out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Rebecca's place was perfect for what we needed. stayed for the weekend while setup for a show with our food truck. Best part was location with her place being right across from the park the show was held at. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Wonderful area. The home was bright and had plenty of space. Kris is a sweetheart to rent from. I will definitely recommend this listing to everyone I know staying in the area.

Very responsive and easy to get ahold of! Lots of space and baby friendly with a high chair and pack n play. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at the downtown cottage, which was even roomier than the pictures indicated. Lots of room, large TVs in each bedroom. Had a small problem in the bathroom sink and Adam come personally and quickly to fix it. While he was there, he spent quite some time helping us set up the TVs to our liking. Very kind! Walkable to beach and restaurants. Stayed at this location pre-cruise and it was very comfortable!

We had a fantastic time at Cocoa Beach! We visited for our spring break and the house was perfect! Plenty of sleeping space for a group of 12, with a great pool, large kitchen, and ping pong table! The beach was about a five minute walk away, which was amazing. Dimitrios was extremely friendly and responsive from the time that I booked the house up until we checked out. I could not have asked for a better place to stay! I would highly recommend this house!

Pam was a great host and the house exceeded our expectations. The views were great and the house had more character and charm than your typical air bnb. I immediately felt like I was on vacation when I walked in the house and I live only a few miles away.

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

Loved our stay at Richard’s. The house was spacious and easily fit our crew. The pool was amazing also. Richard was a very helpful host and was top notch with communication. We would definitely recommend!

We've stayed here as the beach relaxation part of our Florida road trip and it was a great location for that! The beach is right across the street, restaurants are right around the corner, and if that's not enough, "downtown" Cocoa Beach is about 15 minutes by car. If you have the chance, go watch a rocket launch from the beach – it's an amazing sight in the night time! The apartment itself had everything needed for our stay. Communication with Julian was great too! Would definitely recommend!

This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

We loved our stay at Palm of the Bay! Everything was clean and comfortable. The welcome jerk chicken was a very nice surprise. Beautiful place, nice location and very friendly host. I hope we can stay here again soon. Thanks for offering your place, Camille!

Just a perfect little spot. The place is comfy, safe, and clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, extra cot and pack n play for the kids, all the basics in the kitchen. Great quiet location on the beach, close to some really great restaurants, nice heated pool. BYO shampoo, conditioner, body wash (there was some leftover communal bottles under the sinks but those always freak me out to use). The beach stuff made the trip with everything in great condition. We used the 2 umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, all 4 chairs, beach cart, towels. There's a cooler and beach bag too. Maryam really thought of everything. You can't see the launch pad for the rockets from the unit but once it got above the buildings we had a good view of it for a minute or two. More expensive than the hotels in the area but it was worth it to us given the extra space and beach gear. Will definitely be staying here again!!
