Parking allocated to you on drive. A few minutes walk from the beach, local shops, pub and peacefull park with lovely walks nearby. Town is just down the road. Many attractions close by including velo track, water park, lesiure centre, zoo, cinema, bumper boats, driving range golf course. Steam train, harbours, moors.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

Nestled in the historic village of Cockington, Higher Lodge was originally the gardeners cottage and a gate house to Cockington Court. Surrounded by 250 acres of landscaped gardens, woodland walks and only 5 minutes drive from the beach, this romantic hideaway is the perfect place to escape the every day.

The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Three minute level walk to Paignton Beach and a five minute level walk to the town centre which is home to numerous bars, restaurants, shops and amenities.
