Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil accommodation. You live in the middle of nature with forests, birdsong and a botanical diversity. From the water tap, you can drink spring water that has a good and fresh taste. You can enjoy a large garden and pick your own salad and herbs for breakfast. The place has several outdoor seating areas such as a barbecue area, fireplace and pergola. On the plot you can see a saw and a mill house from the 19th century powered by hydropower. 1 km from the apartment is freshwater with canoe, fishing, swimming area and gapahuk.

Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

The hill also has an amazing beach for both big and small that is right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park High and Lavt. Also suitable for commuters if you want a furnished cozy home for a shorter period of time.

Øyslebø Nature Rich Rental Flat

Relax at this peaceful place and enjoy the beauty of the lake sorrounded by mountains. Enjoy sunbathing,boating,fishing, a tour in the forest,sauna or grill outside with the view of the lake .We have canoe and a boat available for use.Use of Hot tub must be requested beforehand at a mininal cost.Its a typical norwegian tub using wood to warm up the water which is pumped up from the lake to the tub. A few minutes away from the river for those who have license to fish salmon from June to Sept.

Ollebua

Slapp av i skjønne historiske omgivelser. Dette er bryggerhuset på gården Nødbekk. En gård fra tidlig 1700 tall. Ollebua er nybygd og moderne. Hagen deles med oss (to voksne, to jenter, en hund og 9 høner). Barn og hunder er velkomne. Her er frukttrær og bærbusker man kan forsyne seg av. Eiendommen ligger rett ved Mandalselva, en kjent lakseelv. Nødbekken går rett forbi huset. Her kommer laks og ørret opp og gyter. Vi er 40 min. fra dyrepaken i Kristiansand og 15 min. fra sørlandsbyen Mandal.

Appartment close to Mandalselva (river). Good fishing opportunities, Close to grosery store and gas station. 17 min drive from Mandal, 30 min from Kristiansand and 40 min from Kr.sand zoo. Good hiking opportunities, frisbee golf course and fine bathingspots nearby. This is a family friendly home and we have three children. It is also an older house, and the sound-proofing isn’t the best. We will do our best to keep the noise level to a minimum, but occasionally it can get a bit noisy.
