The flat meets all expectations. it's comfortable, beautifully presented and very clean. The location is very quiet and private, and instructions were very clear. We would definitely come back and totally recommend the place

If you are looking for a centrally-located cottage in the Cotswolds, this place is ideal. Located in a cozy village with multiple pubs and a cute village shop within walking distance. The cottage is well designed with the guest in mind. From here you can drive to Stratford, Burton on Wold, Warwick and other Cotswold attractions. Sue is a fantastic host and made sure I had everything I needed--even reservations and yummy treats. Loved my stay!!

Excellent place to stay within minutes from the city centre. The property had excellent insulation from light (no eyemasks needed) when the numerous blinds were used, and was very quiet throughout. Tina and Gerard were also very hospital hosts. I would definitely stay again!

We had a really comfortable stay at your place! The location was good, the room was clean and cozy. The host was also friendly and responsive, so there was no inconvenience at all during my stay. It was well-stocked with prepared things, so I was able to stay comfortably. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a great place to stay

This is a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is clean, tidy and fully equipped. It has beautiful views and surroundings. Peter, Yanti, and Alexander were really responsive before and during my stay - they are great hosts and I would highly recommend a stay here.

A fantastic, cosy place in a beautiful location. Kinvara is a perfect host, helpful and responsive and kindly left us a delicious cake. We enjoyed our stay, lots of great walks and pubs in the area.

Lovely, clean, bright and spacious apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Good bus services into Oxford and we were able to park at the apartment throughout our stay. Communication with Tom was excellent, he was able to accommodate all of our requests. Highly recommended, thank you Tom.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this immaculate home in Oxford. The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The back garden was a real highlight: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking a relaxing and elegant stay in Oxford.

We stayed on the night of our wedding. Jane made us feel very welcome and left a treat for us as a gift which was much appreciated… would recommend to stay with such fantastic host!

We’ve been staying in Airbnb accommodation for the last ten years, and this is up there with one of the best we’ve stayed in. Beautiful place, spotlessly clean,quiet location, powerful hot shower, comfy bed, private secure drive. Easy to find and located in a rural yet not isolated part of the country. Quick response from the proprietors. Within easy reach of some beautiful NT properties, and within the grounds of Stowe castle gardens for a walk from the door. Would highly recommend.

Anne’s studio was located in a lovely little quaint lane right at the end, the perfect place for a private place to stay with access to absolutely beautiful countryside literally outside the gate, Anne went above and beyond for us whilst also respecting our privacy, she was very friendly and polite upon arrival meaning we settled right in, as for money for value this is right up there a spacious spotless bungalow with everything you could need, definitely one to visit

We had a wonderful weekend at Natasha's place! It is as beautiful as it looks in the photos - the garden even more so it is very secluded/peaceful and there was lots of flowers in bloom :) The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the open plan space was just perfect for our group of eight to spend time together. We also made use of the firepit and table tennis which were both bonuses! Two things people may want to know though are that the single beds in the upstairs room are not the comfiest, and that there are two extra online booking forms which you have to fill out outside of Airbnb before you check-in, including uploading a photo of your ID. Overall we would all definitely recommend this place and absolutely loved our short weekend there!

This is a really lovely place to stay in a beautiful village. Chris has thought of everything - the attention to detail and the design of the space is spot on for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything you need and a fantastically equipped kitchen. We really loved it and had a great 3 night break welcoming in 2025. Very good and quiet location and the 5 minute walk to The Lamb Inn was icing on the cake. Chris gave us lots of really useful information about local amenities. It’s also a great spot for getting to all the main Cotswolds sights very easily and quickly. Highly recommend

I just want to say that it was an absolutely amazing stay original art pieces great surroundings everything was pristine Ciai and Adam we’re very responsive with everything we needed. I’ve got to be honest the pictures do undersell what we went into. It’s absolutely beautiful and it’s huge. Being able to have a wood burner in the house and then a fire pit just outside was amazing. To have breakfast outside when the Sun is shining and the birds are tweeting it was so beautiful. I was strongly and highly recommend people to come and spend time in this place.

Really lovely, homely accommodation. Super clean and easy to find. Nice safe parking and EV Charger very handy, Neil was very fair with the fees. A few issues when we arrived but all sorted out without any problems, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Charlotte’s place, such a beautiful part of the world! It felt like a home from home to stay here whilst we attended a friends wedding nearby. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The apartment is Cody and clean ,and it is convenient to go to city center.

Fantastic place to stay and great host. Nothing was a bother, Julia often went out of her way to make the experience a truly 11/10. I can’t praise Julia enough; and the apartment is spotless, everything you need with amazing views.

Tara and Lee's flat is located in a lovely town not so far from the city of Aylesbury where you can find anything you need, various supermarkets and stores. Waddesdon is surrounded by a large green area with many trees and fields, ideal for running or walking. The flat is over the description made by its owners, it's simply perfect, well studied in every detail, well furnished with whatever you need. Large spaces, well illuminated and comfortable. Tara and Lee are very professional hosts because they took care of us and our needs although we didn't meet them. We had good communication. We definitely suggest Tara and Lee's flat to all families or groups of friends who want to spent some days in tranquillity but not far from many cities we visited like Oxford, Cambridge and London itself. We also planned some days in the Cotswold area where many lovely small towns are worth of visiting.

Had a lovely stay in Sophie's place. Great location and in walking distance from Blenheim palace and Woodstock village. Was exactly as shown in the photos and was in a very peaceful area. The studio was spacious and was well equipped for one or two people to spend a few days. Certainly would recommend if you are looking to stay in Woodstock.

Very comfortable unit, well equipped and close to activities. Jane was very helpful and gave a lot of advice about places to go etc. Highly recommended

Absolutely brilliant. Very lovely home with clear instructions and information provided by Julian on the apartment. I would highly recommend this place for a long weekend break from the fast pace of city life. Thank you Julian for making our trip that extra bit smoother and more comfortable !

Stayed here for one night, it was very comfortable, easy to access and had everything we needed. Very friendly host and gorgeous garden. We would definitely come again!
