The Little Barn is set in one and a half acres of paddock in beautiful countryside near National Trust jewel-Waddesdon Manor. A stylish two bedroom barn - perfect for a tranquil getaway. Near the historic village of Quainton, with its pub on the green, village shop and windmill, there are many rural walks or enjoy our paddock with small orchard and bee hives. The Little Barn is ideal for 2 couples or a family. As well as 2 bedrooms , there is a sofabed in the living room and single trestle bed.

Large kitchen/diner, downstairs toilet & v. spacious dining room & lounge. Outdoor patio seats. 2 double bedrooms - access to second room via the first & thru a smaller room (with the red futon), so best for families/good friends.

A peaceful country setting just 10-15 minutes away from Oxford centre. Set in the unique & tranquil Boars Hill area, hidden down a quiet forest lane. Oxford station is a picturesque and quick 5.6km cycle or hike away through the Oxfordshire countryside. Surrounded by beautiful trails plus some wonderful pubs to enjoy such as the Farmers Dog just 30 mins away. A 1 bedroom cabin with a sofa bed, providing space for 4 guests plus a garden with outdoor dining. We hope you like our cabin!

Manstone Cottage, Yattendon

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Spacious and elegantly furnished, with private parking the cottage is the ideal get away for couples, families or small groups. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.

A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

This newly converted annexe is flexible, spacious, light & airy. Access to all the garden is encouraged and can potentially involve additional camping, guided mountain biking, and personal training.

Worminghall is predominantly a farming village, within easy vehicular access to Oxford and the market town of Thame. Situated on the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire borders, it's the perfect location if you are visiting for a wedding or function nearby, or simply wish to explore the area's many local attractions.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Stylish country converted barn

Symonds Barn is a spacious converted barn set in the middle of Childrey, a village on the edge of the Ridgeway, only 15 miles from Oxford. Choose between enjoying an escape to the countryside, with delicious meals in one of the many local cafes and pubs and walks through some really beautiful countryside (it’s a 5 minute drive onto the Ridgeway), or take advantage of the nearby shopping and culture in Oxford, Marlborough, Hungerford or Burford.

The Cabin in the country

An idyllic country cabin nestled on the corner of our land in the beautiful village of Aldworth, West Berkshire. Just a 20 minute off-road walk to the Ridgeway. It's got a lovely open plan kitchen & living area (with log burner), bedroom (with King Sized bed) & bathroom with shower. We provide wood for the fire, basic kitchen supplies you're welcome to help yourself to and shampoo/shower gel.
