Self contained part of charming thatched cottage in this attractive South Oxfordshire village, between Didcot (2.5 miles) and Wallingford (3.5 miles). The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

I offer a full English breakfast, organic and locally sourced served in the medieval dining room. You will love the large spacious period rooms in this unique Historic building run by friendly family. Beautiful gardens. Close to good restaurants , National Trust houses and public transport. Ideal for Oxford, Henley and beautiful villages. Excellent walking area. All the rooms are very individual ranging from early 12th century , to Victorian ,beautifully furnished appropriate to the period.

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

We have a first floor double room overlooking the garden with spacious ensuite shower room. Off street parking, garden with its very own stream. Easy access to Oxford, the Cotswolds, Bicester Village, The Farmers Dog, Diddly Squat and historic places like Blenheim Palace. Good links to London. Close to lovely village pub. After many years as Superhosts we took a break but now we are back and look forward to welcoming you to our home.
