There is a Bus stop to Cologne nearby and you are in 5 minutes on the freeway number 4 ( A4). You can find mostly everything for example , restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket in the next neighborhood. You will love and enjoy this 39 qm of calm, because of the cosy ambient and the relaxing sight into the green. Not least because of the heartily welcome at our home.

The healthy climate, the varied low mountain landscape and the natural river landscape offer an interesting range of leisure activities.

Take a break & unwind in our 40 sqm apartment. From the spacious bedroom you can look directly into the garden & forest. The fully equipped and cozy kitchen-living room with work corner is connected to it. The adjoining terrace with seating and a Hollywood swing may also be used. Within 1 km you will find everything for everyday needs. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails, as well as some restaurants offer many leisure activities.
