A colourful, non-smoking apartment, renovated in 2021, awaits with a separate Entrance on you. The apartment is quiet, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). You can reach the centre in about 15 minutes on foot or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people, there is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You will also use a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, a hallway and a storage room. A children's travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Lovely apartment with good connections to the city and Ammerland

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. It offers plenty of space for 2 people (plus sofa bed in the living room + a comfortable extra bed for one person each = 4 persons). Very tastefully furnished with all the comforts of a modern apartment you live here in the heart of Oldenburg!

My place is close to Bremen, Bremerhaven, Brake. Discounted VBN taxis can be ordered at fixed times. Downtown Bremen is about 30 minutes by car. Bremen Airport is about 40 minutes by car. Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

On a quiet village road at the exit of Berne (approx. 7,000 inhabitants), our vacation home is surrounded by meadows, a small forest and connection to the river "Ollen." The house is absolutely quiet and offers the perfect place to relax. Our small forest and meadow offer many opportunities for children and adults to play. It is only 3 kilometers to Weserstrand. Distance to Bremen: about 30 km Distance to Oldenburg: about 20 km

City, state theater, restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away. Pius-Hospital and Ev. Hospital located in the neighborhood.
