the house had everything we needed, and Terisa always answered . the house is a bit far from Amsterdam by public transport so take it to consideration. we had a good time in the house with a very kind welcoming when we came. great value for money!

We were a group of girls at Leon's house. It was really great, everything you need and much more! And I liked it a lot. The house was clean and it is really fast to go to Amsterdam by public transport or car. We will be back!

Beautiful family home and welcoming hosts-highly recommend for families! Hosts were so helpful in recommending nearby restaurants, offering tips for the transit system etc. I wish we had spent more time enjoying their home during this trip to visit Amsterdam as the home is a gem-the outdoor spaces are lovely. The movie projector screen and large collection of movies was so fun to use. The home is in an ideal location to use as a home base to access nearby Amsterdam or the even closer and very charming town of Zaanse Schans.

We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

The accommodation is beautifully designed - stylish interior, cozy atmosphere and a huge highlight: the large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and sauna. Above all, the location is also unbeatable and directly by the forest. Pigs, pheasants and chickens are in adjacent enclosures. Pets are welcome and the hosts are easily accessible. All in all great! We hope to book this accommodation again soon :)

Karin's stay was great. Everything was neatly clean and as described in the advertisement. The beach is a 30-minute walk away. First through the forest and then through the beautiful dunes. Shops are easy to reach. In short, we enjoyed and I will definitely recommend Karin's accommodation.

Hugo was the perfect host from check in to check out. He was a wealth of knowledge and his property is truly stunning. We cycled from Dunkirk and after 3 days of hard cycling wanted somewhere nice to relax. This place did just that. Hugo was very accommodating and couldn’t do more to help. Thankyou Hugo for being a credit to Airbnb. ( your dog is nice too! )

Great accommodation and great hosts. We had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. The accommodation was accessible by boat and we could go shopping by boat. It was a real adventure. The accommodation and the pool were clean. Everything was fine for us ☀️

Very sweet cottage, in an absolutely quiet location. The garden is well established, so you have privacy and can also go there with anxious dogs. Everything was super clean and beautifully decorated. A perfect place for nature lovers, you can even see small parrots and a black swan we have also seen! The check-in was hassle-free and the contact was also very friendly! We will be happy to come back!

Magda and Peter’s place was just as beautiful as promised. It was clean and comfortable, secure and private. Our hosts were helpful and responsive to our needs and requests. The fridge and cupboard was generously stocked on our arrival with enough food so we didn’t need to shop for a day or two. The suite fulfilled all of my husband and my needs for the month we were there. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, small accommodation right on the water. Rik also has chickens, a rabbit and a pig. The children particularly liked that. Since it is a tiny house, it is only suitable for small children/babies to a limited extent (ladders and steps cannot be secured). We had a lovely stay and would be happy to come back

Great Host and great Stay. Easy Kommunikation. We did go sailing with a skipper the host kindly arranged for us, wich was a great experience.

Our stay can be described in one word: EXCELLENT!!! Maaike is a great host! She is easy to approach, is incredibly hospitable. Her service is more than great! We know one thing for sure, we'd love to come back here again!

This place was just as described. If you're looking for a peaceful lake setting, this is the one for you. We had 5 adults and fit comfortably.

Location is ideal - in a lively area but off the main street. Check in and out were easy. Ela is quick to respond. Balcony off the bedroom was so lovely! Would recommend!

Winnie’s communication was impeccable, she couldn’t have been more welcoming. I went for a surprise birthday trip for my boyfriend, and Winnie could not have done more, the decorations the complimentary Prosecco and she even sorted out a personalised cake for him! The location is great just a short 15 min walk into the centre, or 10 mins by tram. Two supermarkets right around the corner and a lovely cafe serving breakfast lunch and dinner. An information form was left for us about the area and recommendations which we certainly looked at- you must visit the local Windmill brewery!! The place was clean and so cosy, big TV with Netflix and a lovely balcony to take in the evenings atmosphere! The kitchen also has everything you would need and spotlessly displayed. Cannot recommend staying at Winnie’s place enough, we fell in love with Amsterdam after only 1 week. Safe to say we will be back soon and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else apart from Winnie’s🥰

It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sharine and Keon were fantastic hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Their home had a warm, personal touch that made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was the perfect space for our family, and our little one especially enjoyed it. Birgit and her home are so wonderful! Birgit was so helpful showing us around the home and so gracious when our train was cancelled and we needed to stay another night. The home is clean and beautiful. We had plenty of space and loved having a quiet space after a day in a busy city. We hope to stay here again!

This boathouse was fantastic! It's very close to many restaurants and has a nearby parking garage. We were very comfortable with 4 adults and a small dog. Plenty of room and lots of fans to keep cool! Casper is also very friendly and super responsive to any questions we had! We would stay here again!!

We had a great time. The house and the facilities are great, everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the house was very cold when we arrived, the underfloor heating takes a while to warm up. If you arrive in the evening or in the dark, the access to the first jetty is a bit difficult to find, maybe a sign would help. But we can only recommend the house and will certainly come back again.

A great place to stay in Amsterdam. Will definitely come back if I am ever in the area
