You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Dit ruime buitenhuis met eigen ingang is achter ons huis gelegen (aan de andere kant van onze rijke tuin). ♡ Woonkamer met gashaard, bioscoop, keuken met koelkast/ combi-oven/ waterkoker/ kookplaat, badkamer met o.a. regendouche, een vide met tweepersoonsbed ♡ Ruim terras met parasol, tuinmeubelen en een barbecue ♡ Sauna en hottub tegen bijbetaling (€45) ♡ 15 minuten lopen naar Haagse Markt (restaurants en winkels) 10 autominuten/ 15 minuten fietsen naar het centrum van Breda.

Deze liefdevol ingerichte studio met eigen ingang is geschikt voor een verblijf voor twee. De studio is ook voor een langere termijn beschikbaar. Het gastenverblijf ligt in een groen recreatiegebied. Je vindt op 2 km het historische Oudenbosch en Hoeven en in 20 minuten sta je in het centrum van Bourgondisch Breda met volop restaurants. De studio biedt naast een kingsize bed en een lekker zitje, een mooie groene achtertuin waar je prive kunt vertoeven plus ‘n klein terras aan de voorzijde.

Mijn ruimte is 30 vierkante m en vlakbij het centrum van Etten-Leur , op loopafstand. De restaurants,cafes en winkels zijn dichtbij ! Je zult genieten van mijn plek vanwege onze prachige cottage die ligt in onze riante tuin, u heeft toegang via een poort , wij staan met onze woning los hiervan. In de tuin hebben we jacuzzi waar u privé gebruik van kunt maken tot 22.30 uur .Wij houden van rustige gasten ! Kijk voor leuke dingen om te doen in onze reisgids op deze site !!!

Cozy and private studio, 15 minutes from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 10 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.
