I don't even know how to authentically describe this enchanting place ... you have to see it. The house is in the beautiful little village of Ooltgensplaat. It is quiet, idyllic and very lovely. The house is exceptionally beautiful, the rooms are very special and furnished with attention to detail. We felt very comfortable. It was a relaxing family vacation. If you feel like more hustle and bustle, you can quickly get to Rotterdam - an absolutely fascinating city. I'm sure we'll be back!

A beautiful beautiful old house, very cozy and cozy. Arrival also super nice: Robbert had touched the candle lights (rechargeable) which gave a welcome feeling. Have lunch in his restaurant first upon arrival: highly recommended. Really had a wonderful long weekend in that blissful house.

Absolutely loved our stay at Roxanne’s place! Though it was a tiny space, it was incredibly well designed and cozy. The amenities were top-notch while everything felt premium and well thought out. Check-in and check-out were super smooth, with the added convenience of a self-check-in option. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time with the three of us in the safari tent! Ideal for families with children under 12. We wanted to explore the beautiful nature in the area extensively, but the daughter preferred to play on the beautiful grounds with the playhouse, the trampoline, the sandpit, the animals,... The tents are very luxurious so you can camp very comfortably in all weather conditions. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful cottage in the middle of the city. So well maintained, clean and atmospheric. From cozy candles to even reading glasses, really everything is available! Exactly as described and on the photos. Privately located in a beautiful garden. Very friendly welcome, felt very welcome. Useful tips to discover the surroundings. Really wonderful to retreat to. Cottage, kitchenette and sanitary facilities very good. Price and quality ratio is excellent. Had a great time and would love to come back.

This is a stunningly beautiful place. Breda is a lovely city, just north of the Belgian border and easily situated to Breda, Tilburg, Rotterdam, Delft, Den Haag as well as Antwerpen. The unit is on rural grounds, tastefully decorated, well equipped and peacefully private. The hosts are exceptionally kind. A "must stay". 🇳🇱
