The guesthouse is located behind the house from 1906 and has its own entrance, living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The guesthouse is completely self-sufficient. Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Idyllic cottage by the river

We were there for a longer period of time. The location is fantastic, you can sit directly on the water in the sunshine and enjoy a coffee and watch the ships. The dog also felt comfortable and could run freely. At the back of the garden is bordered by. The neighborhood is very nice and very helpful. In addition to a pizzeria and a barbecue snack, there is unfortunately no way to eat and drink anywhere in the evening, unless you drive 10 km further, but since we had a bike with us, ( there are also two available there), this was no problem for us and you can do what you want to do in the area beforehand, or what is offered. As Simone has already described for 1.90 m tall people, as we are, it was a challenge above, but we knew that before, because it was in the listing. All in all, a beautiful cottage quaintly furnished and in the kitchen everything is available and a very nice hostess.

The studio is lovely and just as described in the booking. The location is great. Just a quick walk to parks, restaurants, cafes, shops, and a grocery store. The neighborhood felt very safe and there is a parking garage nearby that only costs €4 per day. NHL Stenden is about a 15 minute walk. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for all three of us to take a shower. We will definitely be back. :-)

Goasse is a nice host, easy to communicate with. The kitchen with seating area is well equipped. At the table you have a fantastic view over the countryside. For the colder nights, there is even a small heater to make it even more pleasant. The neat spacious bathroom is between the kitchen and the bedroom. The bedroom has a very good bed, this is the nicest I slept on in an airb&B.

The place was absolutely perfect to unwind. The location is quiet and relaxing – just what we were looking for. We would like to emphasise the host who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took care of everything and even organized the rental of e-bikes for us, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!
