Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural area on a quiet road in the outskirts of Roosendaal. On the 1st floor is a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a double bed and two single beds on the loft. On the ground floor are the toilet and the bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. You have a private front door, you can park at the door and you can sit outside. There is a large trampoline, playhouses, playground and we have goats, rabbits and chickens.

It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

The name says it all: it is a small house. The bedrooms and bathroom are small and take into account smaller beds than you are used to (140x190). There is a cozy living room and compleet kitchen! PAY ATTENTION! BBQ not allowed (due to thatched roof), garden of the main house is NOT INCLUDED.

The villa Lucia is one of most beautiful places I have ever been to. Very luxurious conditions for 6 people with three bedrooms , three bathrooms and one more toilet. The house is very clean located in the peaceful village. Within our hour it is possible to reach many famous destinations in Netherland and Belgium. The host was very kind and welcomed us in the villa and explained everything about the house. Two supermarkets in the walking distance Warmly recommended for a bigger family or group of friends.

We personally met Maria, a wonderful, very active and attentive girl. The location in the middle of a park is ideal, with everything in bloom around it and convenient parking. Also recommended for multi-day holidays.

From arrival to departure we were well looked after by our hosts and more than satisfied with the bnb. On check in, we were offered help with collecting our bags from the car and any questions we had were answered. We had a peaceful stay - there is lots of seating in the living area and tea and coffee is provided in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, clean and linen smelled nice. It is in a great location with anything you'd need in walking distance. Overall we really enjoyed our stay thanks to the lovely hosts and their property, and would definitely return again.

A beautiful place to stay. Very spacious. Inside it was nice and tidy. Bedrooms with good beds. A large shady garden with a lovely covered terrace. You can pick fruit and vegetables from the large vegetable garden for free. 😋 Ine is hospitable and spoiled us with delicious rhubarb cake!
