It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Welcome to "de Hoogt" in Oud Alblas, a monumental farm in the Alblasserwaard. You can stay overnight at ‘de Hoogt’ in our B&B. On our property is ‘Huisje op de Terp’, which we have transformed into a beautiful cottage, where we ourselves lived happily for over two years during the renovation of the farmhouse. ‘Huisje op de Terp’ is a 4-person cottage with a shower, toilet, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Breakfast can be booked as an additional option.

Cottage on the Binnenmaas

This stylish accommodation is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In the middle of nature, on the water. Hiking, biking, working, relaxing. You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.

After roaming around the historic city center or discovering the national park “de Biesbosch” you can come back to relax in your own private sauna. Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
