The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Das Industriedenkmal aus den 50er Jahren fand nach 35-jährigem Winterschlaf 2003 seine neue Bestimmung. Seither steht der ehemalige Wasserturm Urlaubern, die das Besondere suchen, mit allem Komfort zur Verfügung. Auf vier Etagen entstand ein top saniertes Domizil, in das alte Elemente des Wasserturms stilvoll integriert wurden. You are welcomed by a former stable, now a hall-like hall with a special atmosphere: Here you will find the small, stylish apartment, nestled in a beautiful natural ensemble. This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.
