Mit 3 gemütlichen Schlafbereichen, einem hellen Wohnzimmer und einer offenen Küche bietet das Haus viel Raum für 4-6 Personen. Sauna und Eckbadewanne sorgen für erholsame Wohlfühlmomente. Ob beim Frühstück mit Blick aufs Wasser oder beim Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse – hier beginnt der Urlaub ganz entspannt.

Total size approx. 35 square meters, divided into living and sleeping area / kitchen / bathroom / toilet This new apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, a crib can be added (can be provided). In the immediate vicinity (500 m) is the Hadelner Canal. As it is a very rural region, far away from all industry, you can leave all the noise and hustle and bustle behind here. Cuxhaven is about 20 minutes by car from Kehdingbruch. Otterndorf/Elbe 8 minutes by car.

This special accommodation is a new building from 2025. Enjoy modern living comfort, a cozy ambience and the unique lake location. Three lovingly furnished bedrooms for up to 6 people, a private sauna to relax and a private garden with terrace await you. The special highlight: a jetty directly on the lake in front of the house's own terrace – perfect for fishing, paddling in the house's own canoe or simply to let your gaze wander over the water.

If you would like to take a relaxing forest walk in the countryside or prefer a day trip to the sea, you have come to the right place. Many destinations are easily accessible - we will be happy to advise you on how to plan your vacation with us. A new children's playground is right in front of the house. Here you can also arrive with your horse and ride off-road. Five spacious boxes, as well as sufficient pasture area are available (plus €17/box).

Large, lockable room, with double bed, can also be booked with three people (2 adults + child). The entire accommodation can also be booked! €130 per night for up to 8 people. AÖZA Stone Age Village 500 m, Kiel Canal 3.5 km. Good for families. My guests are on their own floor. Three bedrooms can be booked by you in the apartment. On the grounds there are: beach chair, small pool, beach volleyball court, grill hut, table tennis and much more!

The spacious terrace, canoe, and beautifully landscaped outdoor area complete the perfect holiday experience.

Houseboat 04 "Norderney" is a stationary, floating house with two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the Maade River in Wilhelmshaven. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, sink and a coffee machine. A flat-screen TV is included. The property is located directly on the river on the water. You'll love the place because of the exceptional coziness.

Exklusives Ferienhaus für bis zu 5 Personen! Der Ostehof liegt idyllisch an Oste und Birkensee und läd mit dem großen Garten und Spielplatz zum verweilen ein. The wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger. If you feel like taking a canoe tour, our canoe is at your disposal, because opposite our cottage there is a canal on which you can drive around a little between meadows and fields.
