I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr modern, sauber und geräumig. Lucilla ist jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Der Ort ist jedoch wenig auf Touristen ausgelegt, die Promenade eher wenig belebt und der öffentliche Verkehr teils katastrophal. Busse fahren nicht nach Plan, den man auch schwer findet. Für Fahrten z.B. nach Rom muss man jedoch zum Flughafen gelangen, wofür man dann auf ein Taxi angewiesen ist - mit 35 € pro Fahrt für ca. 15 min ziemlich teuer.

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Antonio and Loredana’s place is a clean, comfortable, and restful apartment, close to great restaurants. A short jaunt will take you to a nice beach for a relaxing dip in the Tyrrhenian Sea. It was a perfect conclusion for long holiday in Italy.

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

El alojamiento está muy limpio, cama muy cómoda muy tranquilo, algo lejos de la playa , pero cercano al aeropuerto en taxi unos 12 minutos, David muy amable y servicial, buena comunicación y organización

Beautiful home exactly as described. Host Michela was very welcoming, communicative and responded to our messages within 10minutes all the time. Place is easy to find and a minute walk from the train station making it very easily accessible for all places to visit. Air conditioning worked great. We were very comfortable, felt safe and Michela also checked in with us daily. We will definitely return to this home and would 100% recommend it if you want somewhere lovely and comfortable that is not in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Rome.

Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, and it was super helpful that the host met up with us to give clear instructions and make sure we were settled in. Made everything easy and stress-free.

We stayed with a family of four. Great location, literally hung out from the Colosseum every night being about one minute away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Coffee shop downstairs great spot downstairs. Clean rooms, AC mini splits in each room. We visited in June and it was blazing hot so AC huge plus. The balcony was nice to hangout in the early morning and late night.

The place is like a hotel - very clean and you will feel relaxed especially after a long day of exploring Rome. Gabbo was very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. Overall, we are very happy and we will recommend it to our friends.

Ottima esperienza, host molto disponibile e accogliente. Ambienti puliti oltre la media. Consigliato per raggiungere lo Stadio Olimpico. Un po’ distante dal centro e dalla metro.

Casa pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli ,televisore molto grande con tanti piccoli sterei che ti fanno sembrare di essere al cinema , Federico e il suo staff molto gentili e accoglienti e veloci nel rispondere in ogni singola esigenza . Lo consiglio

È una soluzione ottima per girare Roma senza essere nel caos del pieno centro. L’host è molto disponibile e l’alloggio è pulitissimo e nuovo. Il punto forte è la terrazza, bellissima da godersi in estate.

Spacious and well equipped apartment, large private outside yard, looked just like the pictures, check in was very easy, bus stop outside front door and taxi rank a few metres away 15-20 mins walk to metro but lots to see en route (St Peter’s and/or Castel Saint Angelo) 15-20 mins walk to Trastavere

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

Charming 2nd floor apartment in fantastically convenient location, eg., just a few minutes walk to the Colosseum. The space is cleverly arranged within what was clearly once an elegant old apartment - 3 separate, secure and private quarters with a small shared vestibule /utility. Very simply but tastefully modernised to a high standard - esp shower room & bedroom. We were very thankful to find that it did in fact have an AC unit in the bedroom (vital between May & Sept). Access to the apartment was clear & simple. The apartment exceeded our expectations & we would most definitely recommend it for two/couple of any age (esp older or less mobile as there is an old-style lift, which is useful after a long hot day walking all over Rome) who like to go out to eat. Whilst the “kitchen” has all the essentials, it’s really a large free-standing unit with an integral fridge and 2 stove electric hob, so it’s not really kitted out for cooking. Overall, it was perfect for a long weekend.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view of the sea. One of my favorite features was the large rooftop — it’s green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Me hospedé en este apartamento durante mi visita a Roma y la experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, con todo lo que necesitas a pocos pasos: restaurantes, supermercados, transporte público y muchos puntos turísticos. El barrio es seguro, bonito y muy bien conectado. El apartamento es acogedor, limpio y muy bien equipado, ideal tanto para estancias cortas como largas. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. Destaco especialmente la atención de la anfitriona, que fue increíblemente amable, siempre disponible para ayudar y con muy buenas recomendaciones locales. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por que tu estadía sea perfecta. ¡Definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!

Top notch apartment centrally located in Rome. Walkable to all major sights, close to great restaurants, and a grocery store. Amazing views over the ruins from the terrace. Great for people watching with coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Apartment is small, but has everything you need, and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable which was nice after several very hard Italian beds at other stays.

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево
