This cute little tiny house is an absolute highlight. In less than 30 square meters, this modern cottage has everything you need – in line with the current tiny house trend. Located at the gateway to the Murg Valley, both the Black Forest and cities such as Baden-Baden and Karlsruhe can be reached quickly. History: The property was built from 1920 and was a small beverage market until the early 2000s. Before the renovation, the tiny house was used as a warehouse / sales outlet.

I would like to welcome you to my stylish and bright apartment on the 1st floor, in which I have put a lot of passion. There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. 1 large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a dining and work area. Kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, hob, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Coffee, tea and basic amenities are provided free of charge. 2 baby travel beds including bed linen provided.

Supermarket, bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, post office and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The bus stop is 850 m away, and the Rastatt train station is 6.6 km away. Bus line 222 runs from the center to the house Monday through Friday only until 8:20 PM.
