Cozy and renovated cottage in a peaceful location in the middle of the forest with the possibility of both relaxation and hiking and mushroom and berry picking as well as other nature experiences. Sauna in the outhouse. Private pond by the house. Fresh bathroom. In the cottage, there is a TV, internet and washing machine. The cabin is located on its own road about 300 meters from Skåneleden. No neighbors. Proximity to outdoor center, outdoor swimming, lakes with swimming, paddling and fishing. By car, you can quickly reach, among other things, Wanås art park and Åhus sandy beaches.

Stay in the middle of nature by your own lake

The cottage is located 200 meters from Kroksjön, where there is a jetty as well as a barbecue area and rowboat. Around the main house is a wooden deck with a fireplace and barbecue. The main house is 40 m² divided into a kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace and a sofa bed. There is one bedroom with two beds and a fresh bathroom. The cottage is newly renovated with a new kitchen, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. TV is available. The guest house, which is about nine meters from the main house, is 12 m² and has a family bunk bed with three beds.

Completely undisturbed. Perfect for silence and relaxation in the forest or free play in the garden. Old wooden house, with 100 years of history, so it has real Swedish personality and charm.

Chateau Nehlin is a different cottage with an exciting history located in the middle of the Snapphaneskogen in Skåne. You are guaranteed to enjoy this place. The house is well-maintained and has the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. On the property, there is a swimming-friendly pond with a battery-powered raft. There is a wood-fired hot tub for 10 people. In the basement, there is an atmospheric and heated room where champagne can be enjoyed. The patio and the large lawns invite you to relax and play.

Swimming facilities are available in Immelns swimming area a few minutes away by car. Buy sourdough bread for breakfast from the Brännborns cafeteria in Broby. And visit Wanås art park a few kilometers away. Close to Kristianstad, Åhus, Småland and Blekinge. Grill and enjoy the fresh air in the large garden that boasts perennials.

Bastu, badtunna får gäster själva aska ur och rengöra. Likaså ställa tillbaka utemöbler där de stod.
