In a minute you are at the lake where you can fish from the dock, swim, skate, depending on the time of year! It is about 2.5 km to the city center and there is a bike path almost all the way. Right on the outskirts of Immelns community is this small annex for rent. It is secluded by the beech forest with patio door facing the lawn with evening sun, barbecue and patio. The annex is adjacent to the host couple's property. Access to shared jetty. Hiking and running trails as well as a lovely lake for swimming, bathing and paddling.
