Fantastic little house in the middle of the Skåne wilderness in Örsnäs by Lake Immeln. Secluded location with a lakeside plot and a private jetty. Fully renovated in 2025. 4 bedrooms, a total of 6 beds. There are also two sofa beds as extra beds in the single rooms. Balcony in the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Fireplace. Outdoor area with barbecue and cosy fireplace. Wood-fired hot tub where you can bathe with a view of the lake. A rowboat and a canoe, including life jackets, are included. Kayaks are available for rent for an additional fee. Electric car chargers are available for a fee.

Chateau Nehlin - cozy cottage in a beautiful setting

Chateau Nehlin is a different cottage with an exciting history located in the middle of the Snapphaneskogen in Skåne. You are guaranteed to enjoy this place. The house is well-maintained and has the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. On the property, there is a swimming-friendly pond with a battery-powered raft. There is a wood-fired hot tub for 10 people. In the basement, there is an atmospheric and heated room where champagne can be enjoyed. The patio and the large lawns invite you to relax and play.

The house has 55m2, is located on a 1900m2 plot and was finished in 2021 - it is absolutely new. The nest is located in a beech forest and yet only 150m near to lake Immeln with bathing jetty. Välkommen till Strandängens Lya i utkanten av Osby! (Läs hela annonsen!) Här har du utsikt över Osbysjön från allrum, sovrum & bastu! Boendet ligger i vårt garage (modell större). Trappan till sovloftet går genom garaget. På någon minut är du vid sjön där du kan fiska från bryggan, bada, åka skridskor, beroende på årstid! Det är cirka 2,5 km till centrum och det är cykelväg nästan hela vägen. Läs fliken ”boendet” angående barn som gäster.

Large garden with lovely views of Lake Immeln. Wood-fired hot tub & wood-fired sauna. Swimming jetty 15 meters from the plot. Canoe is available to borrow. modern heat pump/A/C. 200 L hot water heater with built-in air-to-water heat pump. Please note that cleaning only applies to indoor areas. Guests are responsible for removing ashes from and cleaning the sauna and hot tub themselves. Also, put the outdoor furniture back where it was.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lakefront with private beach and dock. (Shared with 1 other house on the property) Steps from Skåneleden hiking trail and close to the train station and shops. This guesthouse cottage is located next to/ behind our main house. You have your own patio with garden furniture and barbecue outside the cottage. Have partial lake view, ca 100m to the lake across the shared garden. Welcome!

Right on the outskirts of Immelns community is this small annex for rent. It is secluded by the beech forest with patio door facing the lawn with evening sun, barbecue and patio. The annex is adjacent to the host couple's property. Access to shared jetty. Hiking and running trails as well as a lovely lake for swimming, bathing and paddling.
