Chateau Nehlin is a different cottage with an exciting history located in the middle of the Snapphaneskogen in Skåne. You are guaranteed to enjoy this place. The house is well-maintained and has the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. On the property, there is a swimming-friendly pond with a battery-powered raft. There is a wood-fired hot tub for 10 people. In the basement, there is an atmospheric and heated room where champagne can be enjoyed. The patio and the large lawns invite you to relax and play.

Fantastiskt litet hus mitt i Skånska vildmarken i Örsnäs vid sjön Immeln. Enskilt läge med sjötomt och egen brygga. Totalrenoverat 2025. 3 sovrum, totalt 4 bäddar. Finns även två bäddsoffor som extrabäddar i enkelrummen. Balkong i masterbedroom. Fullutrustat kök. Braskamin. Uteplats med grill och mysig eldstad. Vedeldad badtunna där du kan bada med utsikt över sjön. En roddbåt och en kanot inkl flytvästar ingår. Kajaker finns att hyra mot tillägg. El-laddare till bil finns mot avgift.

Välkommen till Strandängens Lya i utkanten av Osby! (Läs hela annonsen!) Här har du utsikt över Osbysjön från allrum, sovrum & bastu! Boendet ligger i vårt garage (modell större). Trappan till sovloftet går genom garaget. På någon minut är du vid sjön där du kan fiska från bryggan, bada, åka skridskor, beroende på årstid! Det är cirka 2,5 km till centrum och det är cykelväg nästan hela vägen. Läs fliken ”boendet” angående barn som gäster.

(Shared with 1 other house on the property) Steps from Skåneleden hiking trail and close to the train station and shops. This guesthouse cottage is located next to/ behind our main house. You have your own patio with garden furniture and barbecue outside the cottage. Have partial lake view, ca 100m to the lake across the shared garden. Welcome!

Stor trädgård med härlig utsikt över sjön Immeln. Vedeldad badtunna & vedeldad bastu. Badbrygga 15m från tomten. Kanot finns att låna. modern värmepump/AC. 200l. varmvattenberedare med inbyggd luft/vattenvärmepump. Observera att städning endast gäller inomhus. Bastu, badtunna får gäster själva aska ur och rengöra. Likaså ställa tillbaka utemöbler där de stod.

Cozy little cabin by Immeln

Right on the outskirts of Immelns community is this small annex for rent. It is secluded by the beech forest with patio door facing the lawn with evening sun, barbecue and patio. The annex is adjacent to the host couple's property. Access to shared jetty. Hiking and running trails as well as a lovely lake for swimming, bathing and paddling.
