New built apartment (approx. 60 sqm) with separate entrance at the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 separate beds, one room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking oven) and one large bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, laundry dryer. Max. capacity 4 adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key problem. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Welcome to Storch & Kranich – two spacious apartments in the lovingly converted barn ensemble northeast of Berlin. Together, they can accommodate up to 10 people and are ideal for families and groups of friends. Both apartments are located in the same barn, but are spatially separated – a harmonious connection of proximity and retreat. Located in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, you can enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by our sheep, llamas, donkeys and cats. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk (ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds. In addition, you could also sleep in the living room on the sofa bed (2 people). Outside there is also a sauna house.
