The water property with about 50 meters of water line is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main water road Ostsee - Berlin.

Our four rooms are individually & lovingly furnished, each with its own bathroom/WC. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Apartment on the Vierseitenhof

Welcome to our traditional quiet four-sided farm in the countryside! Our beautiful apartment is located in the attic. Relax on the lawn while eating, playing or doing yoga and enjoy the distant view. Lake Dransen with many swimming areas is 5 km away directly via a bike path and invites you to swim, hike and paddle. The idyllic old town of Wittstock, its parks, museums, restaurants and shopping are 5 km away by bike path. We look forward to seeing you!

Your lake house

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

Romantic apartment "Unter den Linden"

The apartment "Unter den Linden" belongs to an ensemble of two self-contained vacation homes with shared use of an extensive, 2,700 square meter property with old trees and a lovingly designed garden. A total of approx. 100 square meters of living space offer space for undisturbed development when occupied by up to four people. The vacation home is located on the first floor of the newly restored farmhouse with a typical stone base.

Vacation home "Inselgarten"

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Idyllic lakeside vacation home

Experience relaxing days in the midst of beautiful nature – our cosy holiday home is located directly on the lake and has its own jetty, where a rowing boat and several kayaks are available for free use. Selected restaurants, which you can reach romantically by boat, provide culinary variety. The area invites you to discover numerous bike paths and nature trails – whether you're active or just want to unwind.

Quiet hideaway in the Rhinluch

Enjoy a relaxing time just an hour from Berlin on the edge of a small village, right next to the nature reserve. During the day, you can explore nature by bike or on foot or visit cities such as Neuruppin and Rheinsberg. The well-known "Storchendorf" Linum is the neighboring village. Sauna and fireplace evenings or the quiet terrace and the idyllic garden complete a day in nature.
