From the very spacious apartment you can look into a large garden, It is very central and yet extremely quiet, right in the city center (10-minute walk to the market/cathedral/train station, 15-minute walk to the lake or castle). When renovating the apartment, a lot of emphasis was placed on ecological aspects. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, it is LOW RADIATION! We wash laundry + towels without fabric softener. The garden was created according to the rules of Feng Shui (many medicinal plants).

Quietly located, bright, self-contained apartment in the attic of our 2-family house in the west of Schwerin, approx. 45 square meters, NEW 2016, fully equipped kitchenette, shower bath, living area with sofa, bedroom with double bed. 15-minute walk to the old town, supermarket close by, parking on the residential street Schwerin and the surrounding area offer many opportunities for excursions into the great outdoors. Information material for cultural events is available in the house.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is located in the city center of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions or excursions of any kind. The castle; the theater; the cathedral; restaurants; cafes, public transport, etc. are just a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-flooded rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people.

It is only a short walk to Schwerin city or Schwerin Castle (about 15 minutes)

Holiday apartment at Schweriner Ziegelausensee with water views in an ecologically renovated house for rent. The total 20 sqm apartment offers a well-equipped pantry kitchen, a wooden stack bed with two sleeping places, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Lake and forest invite you to stroll, the cultural sites in the city center can be reached by foot (30 min.) or by bus, shopping is in close proximity.

Relax and relax – at this quiet, stylish place to stay in the Scandinavian flair. The apartment is located in a Swedish wood house, surrounded by beautiful nature and birdsong. The state capital of Schwerin levies a tax on overnight stays of 5%, this is paid by us separately and is included in the nightly rate. EDIT: At 5/1/25, the tax will be raised to 7%!

This unique (about 75 sqm) apartment shines with its location opposite the Schwerin Castle (which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site🤩). All sights are within walking distance from it. A carport can be rented in addition for €12 per day. In addition, the price of one pet per night (also) is €12.
