Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Østfold

A fantastic stay with Karoline and Frode in a spacious, well equipped and cozy villa, in a quiet and nice environment. We felt very welcomed by our hosts who were super friendly and record fast to respond when we had questions. A really successful weekend at Karoline and Frode's place! Jon was a fantastic host, who was always available for questions. He was very friendly and took fantastic care of us. The accommodation was in a great location, so we could enjoy the tranquility on the river. The facilities in the house left nothing to be desired. On the first day, Jon even brought us eggs, which we could then enjoy for breakfast every day. Jon also offered us the use of the canoes or fishing. All in all, the accommodation and Jon are fully recommended as a host. We would definitely come back !

In the very cozy cottage overlooking the Hunnebotn, we were able to spend three families a soothing holiday week. With the newly renovated bathroom and the very well-equipped kitchen: stove, microwave, coffee maker, stirrer, waffle iron, dishwasher, the former residence of the yard is extremely attractive. A total of 10 beds allow a larger group of guests to stay. We used the three locked rooms. We reached the room in the attic through the fourth bedroom. We were happy to spend our time on the two terraces in front of the house. Garden grill and wood stove in the living room are ok for use. The living area is centrally heated. Electric radiators are available in the sleeping spaces. The encounter with the landlords was totally friendly and accommodating. Eggs and honey can also be sourced from them. Without much effort, swimming spot, coastal hiking trails, shopping and Fredrikstad can be reached. We will be happy to come back.

I spend a week in October at Irene's place. the flat was really cozy, comfi beds. Irene was great and responsive. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the village with the sea in the background. it's like 100m to the harbour and the start of walking paths. if you have a car, there are many opportunities for trips. Fredrikstad is just about 20 min drive. tip: there is some free parking near Isegran, and from there you can take the free-of-charge ferry into old town or the city center.

This is a lovey ground floor apartment which is the owner's home (they moved out during the stay) so there's a lovely homely feeling. There was plenty of space for the three of us and for dinner guests. There is a well-equipped kitchen together with a comfortable lounge, separate dining area and two bedrooms.

My friend and I had a wonderful time here! It is cozy, has a nice view, and is in a location that is central enough in town to be within walking distance of a lot of stores and shopping areas. Would recommend, especially if you don’t have a car and will be walking.

Helgunn and Olav were very good and pleasant hosts. The stay was hassle free and the apartment was perfect for us bringing a small child. Recommended!

A very cozy and atmospheric place. Everything is clean and peaceful. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove, which adds to the charm. However, for those sensitive to the smell of smoke, it might be a downside — the scent is present throughout the house. Our children actually saw it as a plus! Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for a quiet retreat in nature. The host is very welcoming.

We had everything we needed, from modern amenities like plenty of power sockets to the rustic charm of the space. The comfortable beds and cozy fireplaces made for a truly relaxing stay. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the middle of a forest by a lake. It was the perfect escape from city life. The thoughtful addition of sleeper shoes was a nice touch. We had an amazing time at Ingeborg's place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable Norwegian experience.

We had a fun time! The cottage is super comfortable and very well-equipped. It is located in a green and very quiet area. A true haven of peace. Bernt and Vanja were very kind and attentive to us. A lot of kindness towards us. To visit Oslo by car, this is ideal. You can go there without a second thought!

A really nice place to visit , on the first day after a few hours we were greeted by the husband who fixed a broken tap in the sink, helped us with getting the fireplace and firepit outside going and even gave us some hiking tips and other places to visit! very helpful and nice hosts, a beautiful place to visit if you ever want to get away from the city, would recommend to anyone who likes to be next to the water.
