You have your own patio, and access to a large lawn that is suitable for ball games and other activities. We also have a sandbox for the little ones. There are great hiking opportunities right outside the door, and great views of Iddefjorden from places nearby. The city center is only 4 km away, the nearest grocery store, and Fredriksten fortress is about 3 km away.

Velkommen til et koselig lite hus med 2 små terrasser og gassgrill på Rolvsøy, midt mellom Fredrikstad og Sarpsborg. Inneholder sovehems for 2 personer. Lavt under taket på hemsen. Sovesofa i oppholdsrom til 2 personer til. Bad med dusj og vaskemaskin. Ikke kjøkken, men mulighet for enkel matlaging. Har kjøleskap/mikroovn/dobbel kokeplate/kaffetrakter/vannkoker/oppvaskmaskin og brødrister. Servise/bestikk osv til dere alle. Buss nr 8 går ute i Svaneveien hver time. VELKOMMEN 🥰

Bryggerhuset at Spjærøy, Hvaler

Koselig lite feriehus på Spjærøy på Hvaler. Bryggerhuset er en del av et gammelt småbruk og vertskap bor selv i hovedhuset. Her kan man nyte stille og rolig dager i hagen, eller ta seg en tur til sjøen. Både Spjærekilen med gode bademuligheter og Kjellvika ligger i gangavstand. Generelt gode turmuligheter. Enten man ønsker å nyte de stille dagene eller ønsker å utforske Hvaler er dette en fin base. Butikker ca 5 km unna. Hos oss bor det 7 glade høner som delvis går fritt.

Cozy studio, 3 minutes from E6. 8 minutes from Sweden. The studio is a free standing house from 2012, with a basic full size kitchen. Just steps from the door, there is trails leading to the forest. There is trails going to a water tower or bays. Historic sites are plentiful. Only 1,2 km from the ocean. The lodging is private and quiet.

The annex is located in the garden of the main house, with a small porch and garden. Bus connection to Fredrikstad city center.
