Here you are close to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice skating rink, ski tracks on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. Cost is added for electric car charging (type 2 connector 16A), towels and bed linen. Cleaning is done by the tenant before checkout. Cleaning equipment is available. Permantet accommodation host family lives upstairs but has separate entry. Well met.

Nice charming apartment in older farmhouse with walking distance to center. 2nd 64 m2 suitable accommodation for 2-4 persons. Bed in bedroom 160 cm, sofa bed in living room 140 cm. Smoke-free & animal-free, not allergy sanitized. Floors can feel chilly as well as hot water need to be flushed about 3 minutes before it arrives. Extra electric elements are available. Bed linen, bathroom towels, towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner are included. Check-in via lockbox.

Elegant newly renovated apartment central

Modern and charming little residence with large balcony and central location in Östersund. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with evening and afternoon sun. Total renovation was carried out in 2023, access to your own combined washing and drying machine, in the kitchen there are all necessities except dishwasher. The apartment is located in one of Östersund's quieter areas but only 5 minutes walk from the city center.
