You will use the living room (couch accommodates one person), bedroom (double bed), kitchen, bathroom with shower & toilet and terrace, garden and a cozy sitting area in the courtyard. Free parking in front of the house. Leipzig is 40 km, Halle 20 km and the beautiful Goitzsche 15 km Greek in the village Wi-Fi available, 2 bikes & grill

30 sqm studio with private terrace, barbecue and views of the large, shady garden. Due to the location in the annex of the main house (first floor), it is very quiet. A crib and highchair are provided. The apartment is close to the city center and the train station (each 500 m). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Free parking is available about 150 meters away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.

The apartment located in the basement has a large bedroom/living room, where another person can sleep on the ottoman or a guest mattress if necessary, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower and bidet. The Meisterhäuser are a 15-minute walk (1 km), the Bauhaus is about 25 minutes (2 km). Parking in front of the house as well as storage facilities for bicycles are provided.

By car, the nearby sights, the Bauhaus in Dessau, the Wörlitz Garden Kingdom or Lake Goitzsche in Bitterfeld are easily accessible. Swimming facilities, animal parks and an indoor playground are some of the many activities in the surrounding area. The playground and a small shop are within walking distance.
