Here you live secluded but still have proximity to Göta Kanal, swimming spot in Roxen, mini golf, restaurants and grocery store.

A sofa bed can be pulled out to 2 sleeping places with a simple grip. In addition, there is an air mattress to inflate if needed. You sweep and wash your dishes.
