This is my brand new apartment in Oostende, lies at the seaside with full frontal seaview and direct access to the beach. We are situated on a high floor (under the penthouse) with soundproof windows.The studio is very luminous and bright, with all modern comfort. Oostende has a bustling nightlife, great restaurants, bars/clubs. My house is 100m from the casino, the harbor is around the corner and all the markets/supermarket are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.

You can see both the North Sea and the polder landscape. The sun shines on the terrace in good weather from noon. Experience the grandeur of Ostend by staying in one of the most beautiful apartments of the interwar period. The residence is the most beautiful example of modernist architecture of the late 1930s. Residence Marie-José is located in the most iconic location of Ostend, right opposite the famous Hotel Du Parc and a few steps from the sea. The iconic corner building from 1939 is a protected monument in exceptionally good condition, which still appeals to the imagination.
