It is equipped with all comforts: living room with parquet and floor heating, TV, WiFi, equipped kitchen with dishwasher and combi microwave oven, a bedroom with box spring, bathroom with walk-in shower, terrace and an underground parking space. Bed and bath linens and cleaning are also included.

Relax in a peaceful cocoon in the middle of the city. Enjoy the view of the marina on the (sunny) terrace. Wake up with sea views on the balcony in the bedroom. The best moment of the day when I lived there was getting up with a cup of coffee on the terrace in the sun. Just lovely! The station is a 2-minute walk away. You can rent bikes there. Free parking: 'Maria-Hendrikapark' parking on the outskirts, 10 minutes' walking distance. Apart from tourist tax, there are no extra fees.
