The best moment of the day when I lived there was getting up with a cup of coffee on the terrace in the sun. Just lovely! The station is a 2-minute walk away. You can rent bikes there. Free parking: 'Maria-Hendrikapark' parking on the outskirts, 10 minutes' walking distance. Apart from tourist tax, there are no extra fees.

Good for a family or friends who want to go out. Make your own food in the practically equipped kitchen or you can go out to eat in one of the many restaurants in Ostend. There is deep fryer Franky for enthusiasts, the best deep fryer in the area with even vegetarian and vegan options ;)
