Welcome in our light-flooded cozy house in a beautiful little village. Perfect for nature and outdoor lovers, the house offers a modern yet cozy style with a fully glazed south side that fills the space with light and allows for a magnificent view of the countryside. An open kitchen, dining room, living room and sunny terrace invite you to relax. With only 20 minutes drive you can reach the cities of Aalen, Schwäbisch Gmünd and Heidenheim.

Schlechtbacher Sawmill

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

The special feature of this newly renovated accommodation is the combination of charming wooden beams and modern furnishings. It is very easy to reach (whether by train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

The large, well-preserved and well-kept house is located in the countryside in a quiet residential area above Aalen/Unterkochen. From the house you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city of Aalen, the municipality of Unterkochen and the valley. The house has a large single bed and an additional guest bed if needed. Bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen, dining area, living room and the two terraces are at your disposal.

The apartment on the old Holzplatz is a bright, quietly located apartment with a usable area of about 63 m² in Waldhausen. The 2.5-room apartment is spacious and has a terrace at ground level. There is a large living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. The apartment is therefore ideally suited for solo travelers, couples or even an adult and a child. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.
