Our spacious and bright apartment is located right in the middle of Welland on the outskirts of Dewangen. Conveniently located on the A7 (Westhausen exit) between Aalen (7 km), Ellwangen (22 km) and Schwäbisch Gmünd (25 km), you have the opportunity to visit a variety of excursion destinations: Tiefer Stollen Aalen, Fachsenfeld Castle, Limes-Thermen Aalen, Geopark Schwäbische Alb, etc. Numerous cycling and hiking trails also invite you to interesting hikes and extended cycling tours.

You sleep like a king and enjoy breakfast on your own terrace. There are various pillows to choose from for your sleep. The 4kTV is equipped with Netflix access.

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature.
