Altbauwohnung mit Charme Fußläufig zur Landesgartenschau 2026 Gemütlich neu sanierte Altbauwohnung im 1. Obergeschoss unseres Hauses im Ortsteil Schrezheim mit Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Zum Zentrum nach Ellwangen sind es ca. 2,5 Kilometer, fußläufig in etwa 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt mit Bäckerei sind ca. 1200 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Landesgartenschau 2026 ist zu Fuß in ca. 800 Metern zu erreichen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Premium Boxspringbett mit 180x200cm.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Unser Häuschen steht am Ortsrand / Waldrand / Sackgasse. Zur Landesgartenschau Ellwangen 15 km. Die Gemeinde Abtsgmünd ist seit 2010 ein staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort, die klimatischen und lufthygienischen Anforderungen erfüllt. Viele Wander.-Fahrradtouren in Umgebung. Unsere Einliegerwohnung wurde 1/25 renoviert. Abtsgmünd liegt an der Bundesstraße 19 im Kochertal zwischen Aalen und Schwäbisch Hall. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe , Stellplätze vorm und neben dem Haus.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. The flat is located at the edge of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect to unwind and unwind...
